I'm moving, what do I do about my subscription?

We have a few options for customers who are moving, depending on if they are moving within or outside of their utility region!

Did you know you can keep your subscription if you are moving within your utility region?  

If you are moving within your utility region (i.e. you have the same utility company), you can keep your subscription to your current solar farm! Contact our friendly Customer Development specialists via email at hello@neighborhoodsun or phone at (888)606-0054, and they can help you with transferring your contract to your new address. 

Moving outside of your utility region? No problem, you have a couple of options. 

If you want to continue saving money and supporting clean energy from your new home, check if we have an available farm in your new utility area on our website, here: https://neighborhoodsun.solar/solarfarms/
