How do I log in?

If you're having trouble logging into My Solar because your set-up link expired, reach out to us.

MySolar is Neighborhood Sun's customer portal where community solar subscribers can access their documents, see savings and billing statements as well as update account info.

If you have your log-in info, you can log in to MySolar by clicking here.

If you're a new subscriber and have not yet set up your MySolar log-in info, it may have expired for data security reasons.

If it has been more than two weeks since you received the email with your account set-up link, please click here and enter your email for us to send you a new account set-up link. If you still need help after trying that, Contact Us.
