I forgot my password to log in to MySolar, how do I reset it?

When you are on the MySolar login page, there is a "forgot my password" link that will reset your password by sending you an email.

On the MySolar Subscriber Login Page, there is a "Forgot my password" button directly below the "Login" button. Clicking this will prompt you to enter the email address you used when subscribing to community solar, and it will send you a password-reset email. Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders for this password-reset email. Once you have the email, follow the link and set up a new password.
