I signed up through a friend or organization's referral, when will I receive my promo offer?

In most cases, we issue your gift card or other promotional offer after you have successfully paid for your first community solar invoice.

If you signed up through one of our partner organizations or via a friend's referral code/link, see details below about receiving your promotional offer.

  • If you signed up through one of our partner organization's, it will depend on the specific campaign and offer running at that time. We suggest you book a call with us or submit a request through our Contact Us form to get you specific details.
  • If you signed up via a friend's referral code or referral link (or you signed your friend up via your code/link), then you and your friend can expect to receive your promotional offer after you have successfully paid your first community solar invoice. If you have already paid your first invoice and have not yet received your referral offer, please get in touch with us by booking a call or submitting a request through our Contact Us form.
