What if I use less energy than what the solar farm generates for me?

Your community solar credits will roll over to the next month.

If you use less energy than your average amount, your community solar credits will roll forward to the next month. Any excess credits remaining at the end of your contract, will be “bought out” by your utility at that time. (Please note every utility has a different policy for excess credits. Please contact your utility or our customer development specialist for more information.)  

If you have too many excess credits, complete and submit an Allocation Adjustment request so that we can reassess your share and adjust it to your usage.
