I enrolled a few months ago, why am I not yet seeing community solar credits?

If your farm is actively generating credits, the delay may just be due to your utility provider’s billing structure and the exact day of the month at which you signed up. Since you don't pay for the community solar credits until you have already seen them appear on your utility bill, and you don't see them appear on your utility bill until you have actually used the electricity your solar credits are covering, there is a bit of a delay when it comes to utility billing, which is perfectly normal.

Call or email us if it has been more than 3 months since you signed up and you already confirmed that your community solar farm is actively generating credits but you haven't seen them reflected on your utility bill.
