I'm a Syncharpha customer. How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel Your Syncarpha Subscription

 

If you have concerns or questions about your cancellation, please contact Syncarpha directly by calling 888-55-SOLAR or emailing communitysolar@syncarpha.com. If you're NOT a Syncarpha customer, please click here and disregard this article.

 

  1. Click here to log into your MySolar account. Once you log in, you can view and download your Community Solar Contract.
  2. Please review your contract to see the terms and details of cancelling your community solar subscription through Syncarpha.
  3. Click here to fill out the Cancellation Form. Since we don't charge you until after you have used the clean energy from your share, you may still have invoices to pay for the solar credits you have already seen on your utility bill.

Please note that it can take between 90 and 180 days for Syncarpha to process a cancellation, depending on your electric utility provider.
